Anthony Gold | Walking Across Broken Glass for Headway East

Dr Jenner and the Medicolegal Associates team were delighted to support Sana Bibi and her colleagues at Anthony Gold solicitors who quite literally walked over broken glass for the Headway Charity. For a number of years, Anthony Gold Solicitors have been supporting Headway East London, a charity that offers support to people affected by brain injury. Working across 13 London boroughs they offer specialist support and services for over 200 survivors, family, friends and carers in the local area each week.

Headway East London provide therapies, advocacy, family support and community support work alongside their day service: a community venue where members can make the most of their abilities and interests. They believe that every one of their members has something to contribute to both Headway East London and the wider community. Their occupational projects include an art studio, writing projects and a professional kitchen where members cook each day for other members, volunteers, staff and visitors. They also promote awareness and understanding of brain injury by providing information, acting as an educational resource for universities, offering training to professionals and businesses, and running projects to engage their members with the public.

This year Anthony Gold’s team took on another challenge – walking across broken glass. We at Medicolegal Associates sponsored Sana Bibi and her colleagues, helping them raise over £2,000.

We would like to like to give our admiration and congratulations to the team at Anthony Gold who raised over £2,000 for this amazing charity, helping fund a membership to the Headway day service for brain injury survivors.
