Dr Jenner held a webinar for AvMA

Action against Medical Accidents (AvMA) is the UK charity for patient safety and justice. They provide free independent advice and support to people affected by medical accidents because of lapses. AvMA also work in partnership with health professionals, the NHS, government departments, lawyers and patients, to improve patient safety and justice. Dr Jenner was invited to hold a Webinar for their training website in December 2015 to share some of his knowledge and expertise in the medico legal arena to lawyers and other Experts.

In the training session Dr Jenner discusses medico legal issues in pain medicine, treatment and management of pain in the medicolegal process. He also covers the techniques used to assess pain for the court and issues lawyers should be mindful of. The full webinar titled MEDICO-LEGAL ISSUES IN PAIN MANAGEMENT can be accessed on the AvMA website with a value of 1.5 CPD hour accredited by APIL and 1 CPD hour accredited by the BAR.
